Throw them within a short timeframe from each other, easily done if you all throw them at once, and you should take down about a third of his shields. One of those three should also be the person who counts down to when you throw the clusters at Vosiks. One person from each of the three groups will have to pick up the SIVA cluster. Fight the Fallen that come out for a bit and a cluster will be dropped in each of the three areas a team is in, either in the back, middle, or far end of the sides/centre.
